How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, please email support@novellebks.com with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request
Please include the email address associated with your Novelit account.
Data Deleted
When an account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account profile information
- Email address
- Reading history and preferences
- Library and saved content associated with the account
Data Retained
Certain data may be retained for up to 90 days where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and financial record-keeping. After the applicable retention period, retained data is deleted or anonymized.
